Good location on the water. Reasonable sized rooms. There was premium for a waterside facing room which we chose not to pay as we were out most of the day. No issue with facilities and cleanliness as one would expect. Helpful staff at reception on arrival and departure and other times too when we had questions about the city and transport options. The location really worked for us as we could stroll along the river into and around the city centre tourist spots and it was also a short (10 mins) walk from the Central Station which was handy for to/from the Airport and also travel over The Bridge into Sweden which we did twice - by bus and train.

Peter

Beautiful, huge modern hotel, in easy reach of the centre via the S train. We had a room with a balcony, which was great, with views out over the canals, and it made the room feel spacious and airy. The staff were lovely in the main, and the facilities good. Such a large hotel is inevitably used for conferences, which can be a little intrusive, but it's big enough to cope.

Judith

Lovely night staff, good service in the room and on the phone. Everything was rather high quality and the place was beautiful! So many things to do as a customer too (biking, boats, swimming etc). Relaxing, soft and clean bed. The staff was helpful with our every request and got solutions to all. Having a bathtub was also a great plus!

Kia

Lovely, friendly, light, bright hotel. Everything worked well and was immaculately clean. We had superior rooms with harbour view, which was well worth the extra cost. Breakfast was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a thoughtful, caring place to be, both myself, my husband and sons aged 17 and 21 would definitely return!

Gill

the hotel is really beautiful, the only criticisms I could make are two: the rooms are small with non-existent wardrobes for clothes, and the bathroom where the tubs are still installed when showers are now preferable for practicality and hygiene The staff is really professional and friendly.
